Kennametal

Kennametal offers a variety of services and products including metalworking and wear-resistant surfaces. Kennametal saw the potential in Microsoft’s cloud-based services, including Azure, Office 365 and CRM online. The company implemented a Dynamics 365 solution that allowed them to create a cohesive strategy between their sales and marketing teams, thanks to the CRM tools that provided them with the information they needed.

For the Kennametal sales team, they specifically saw:

Marston’s

Marston’s is a brewing business that decided to take advantage of Dynamics’ social listening tools to understand how their customers felt about their brand, whether it was in regards to the drinks that they sold or the pubs that they ran. Dynamics 365 gave them the ability to analyse the data around customer sentiment, something they hadn’t been able to do before. This enabled them to react quicker and faster to changes in customer sentiment. They also used Dynamics 365’s mobile tools to assist their area managers and improve their efficiency. Instead of needing hard copies of information, area managers could now access information in the cloud.
